About Tracy

Understanding what makes people 'tick' is what attracted me to the psychology and coaching world. I am passionate about introducing people to creative coaching tools which help them connect with themselves, others and the world more meaningfully. 

My role as a coach is to challenge your internal stories and everyday thinking which sometimes hold you back. My process applies psychological concepts and coaching frameworks with creative thinking, mindfulness practice, introspective storytelling and experiential learning. Think of it as a brainstorming session dedicated to you, facilitated by me as your thinking partner.

One of my first objectives as a coach is to educate people about what coaching is and who it is for. People are often curious about the type of topics that coaching focuses on. No matter how great our life circumstances may be, we all have our own internal challenges. Coaching helps you face these challenges and make a good life even better.  I created the 9 Female Coaching Archetypes as a way to explain what coaching is in story form with relatable characters. My promise is that we are all in this together and with coaching, I aim to create a safe space for us to make sense of it all, together!

Coaching Sessions

Each coaching session is 60 minutes you gift to yourself: a non-judgemental space to self-reflect, dedicated time to plan and brainstorm life, a thinking partner to challenge your limiting assumptions, and that date in your diary you schedule with yourself to work on overcoming challenges and getting the most out of life. 

Create that pause in your busy schedule with coaching sessions as often as you like. Online sessions give you more flexibility. Just like you might go to gym to focus on your physical fitness, coaching works on your emotional fitness. Coaching sessions form the base of your self-care routine and personal development journey.
